These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Appts websites, mobile apps, and related services (the “Services”), operated by Appts (“Appts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for users in the United States. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account, booking an appointment, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
You register using your mobile phone number and a one-time passcode. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your device and number secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Appts is a marketplace that connects you with independent businesses that offer services such as beauty, wellness, and related appointments. The businesses are not owned or operated by Appts. Each business is solely responsible for the services it provides, including their quality, safety, licensing, and pricing. Appts does not guarantee any particular business, provider, or outcome.
When you book, you enter into an arrangement directly with the business for the requested service, date, and time. Businesses may set their own cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies, which are presented at the time of booking. You are responsible for reviewing and following those policies. Cancellations made outside a business’s allowed window may be non-refundable or subject to a fee.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Depending on the service, you may pay in full at booking, pay a deposit with the balance due at or after your appointment, or reserve at no charge. By providing a payment method you authorize Appts and its payment processor to charge the applicable amounts, including deposits, balances, and any fees permitted by the business’s policies. Refunds, when applicable, are handled according to the business’s policy and the original payment method.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Appts does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any business or service will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appts and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or any interaction with a business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to Appts in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.
We may modify or discontinue features of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms; if we make material changes we will provide notice through the Services. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Appts is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
